What is Voice Mail Service (VMS)
When your handset is switched off, or you're too busy to answer the phone, airtel Voicemail will answer your calls and record a message. The best part is that there's no extra monthly cost for setting up Voicemail.

 How To Activate By Calling :
Call *321*671# for Activation
Call *321*673# for Deactivation

How Activate by Sending SMS :
START VMS to 54321 for Activation
STOP VMS to 54321 for Deactivation

Voicemail Account Management:
To access your Voicemail Account Management, call Dial 52555 from your registered Airtel Prepaid Mobile. For the very first time, it will prompt you to set a 4 digit passord. Next time you need to enter the password to access your profile settings.
With your account Management, you can do the following things

Change your language preference:
Set your Own Custom Voicemail Message
Hear, Save and Delete the received voice mail messages
Change Voice mail box name.

Action on your current running Voicemails:
Delete –Press 3
Reply – Press 4
Save – Press 5
Previous Voicemail – Press 6
Replay Again – Press 7
Next Voicemail – Press 8
Settings – Press 9

Settings :
When you login to setting, Press 2 to change language presence
Rename Mailbox Name – Press 3
Change Password – Press 4
Hear or Change current welcome message –  Press7
Remove current Welcome Message – Press 8

Important:
Go to call settings in your phone and Divert your voice calls to your voice mailbox number in conditions like "if busy" ,"if not answered" ,"if out of reach" etc.
Voice mailbox number changes as per the circle.
For instance : Karnataka airtel users need to divert their call to +919945501491
Punjab users need to divert to +919815098250 & for Delhi users the number is +919810098200.

Very Important:
if u fail to recieve someones call it will be forwarded to your voice mailbox, if that person leaves any message you will get a SMS that you have unread voice message else you get a missed call alert.
To listen the voice messege call 52555.
